He has worked on many start-up and IT companies and half of his life he went other start-ups and HR Tech and sold software and solutions in HR applications to the marketplace. He has experience with start-up and some stakeholders has choice of difference in business.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
His area of expertise is he is open working on stat-up environment, and he is also managing a team both as a single contributor and is also works closely with the technical teams as well. He has high business development skills and sets ecosystem solutions and makes it easy to go to market. He has a strong experience with the China market and make distributorship. He is also expert on the APAC market as well.
- He also started a business in Singapore from scratch and he is heavily experienced on software selling and helped companies do point-to-point sales and he is also managing a team and both in MNC and start-up companies.
- He has experience in cloud computing, and he sells his service to them and pretty much has strong knowledge in cloud computing architecture. He also has a good knowledge of partner's propositions, markets, and business challenge, he develops and executes attainable strategy plans in winning the market with Partners.
5. Currently he is also People Analytics software using AI which helps the employers link between them and their employers. They help create decision making algorithms to help the companies create an automation and strategic insights and analyse very important data. |
