- He works as the vice president of XXX and is responsible for front office assistance, trade support, trade investigation, application support, and incident management. As an L1 and L2 assisting 30–40 users, including those from XXX, he does not oversee a team. They don't receive many calls from users unless if it's a trade investigation (like problems when placing the bid) and if there are any issues they can no longer handle, they forward it to the L3 support within the company. Aside from in-house applications they are supporting, they also have applications from different vendors so they arrange conference with the vendors to sort out the issue.
2. He is expert in windows 10, powershell, applications, lvl 1-2 supporting and etc.
3. He provides front office and trade support for XXX. They number 8 persons in total and helped 15 traders in XXX alone. Also, they get calls and emails for any trade-related questions, tickets that have been booked, pricing, etc. If the market data is functioning well, they also ensure that the PCs are prepared for trade and that all the engines they are employing are in good working order. Earlier when I worked forXXX, he used to oversee 15 people.
