Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Last role was with XXXX as a Field Support Technician wherein he supported business SMEs in Singapore and do maintenance as well. Also do emails and pick up calls if there’s any troubleshooting to be done. Also, he handled a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions in this role. Before that, he was with XXXX as a Field Engineer wherein he mostly do maintenance for broadbands and IPTV, lots of wiring with different cables, troubleshooting on PC and network, and also maintenance on weekends.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on networking side since this is what he mostly does during his past two roles of being a Field Engineer/Technician.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has more than 2 years of experience in IT Support. Knowledgeable in Windows 7 & 10 but needs refresher. Good with MS Office and 365 applications. Very familiar with PC/Laptop Peripherals. Also has supported printers and mobile devices. Experienced with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
