1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a Full Stack Developer currently working in XXXX, with client XXXX, he works there for an online application for the management and uses tech stack such as JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, and Oracle. He’s mostly a full stack developer, like a technical lead, both frontend and backend. They have a 20+ team members and he is mentoring 3 members currently from India. Also worked as an Application Consultant with XXXX in which they developed a banking application. Previously, also worked as a Software Engineer in XXXX and used JavaScript, .Net Core, AWS, MSSQL. In this project, he’s a full stack developer while mentoring different team members and also practicing Agile. Also worked in Malaysia for about 5+ years and mainly used C# and ReactJS back then.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in using JavaScript and ReactJS alongside C#. Has used ReactJS for the past 6 years and JavaScript since the start of his career for about 10+ years already. Rates himself 4 out of 5 in JavaScript and ReactJS, since there’s always learning in these programming languages. Used these two in his most recent projects.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   He has more than 3 years of experience in development and has extensive experience in JavaScript and SQL. He has knowledge in C++ during university days and needs short time to refresh it. Also worked in several banks for his last two companies so he’s already familiar and learning B&F terms such as trading systems. He also has good knowledge in algorithms and data structure but is not currently practicing it so he rates himself 3 out of 5 in that area.
