1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After working as Mechanical Engineer for 3 years, didn’t really enjoy what he’s doing and found himself more into software development since he was coding way when he was young and has done HTML CSS for his father’s business. Realized that he’s good in programming and that’s when he started to explore coding bootcamps. Has 3+ years of experience in software development and is currently working as a Full Stack Engineer in a startup called XXXX for almost 2 years. Mostly uses full JavaScript tech stack there such as ReactJS in frontend, NodeJS and ExpressJS for backend. Working on an application to send feedback from users to employees, provide analytics and recommendations to customers. Before, was in XXXX as a Full Stack Developer wherein he’s mostly involved in deals of renewals of insurance policy and also used full JavaScript tech stack for his role here.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident working with JavaScript tech stack and have used it for past two roles. Have used this for 3+ years already. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 because he feels that JavaScript is very broad language so don’t think he knows all the ins and out of JS.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience in software development. Proficient in JavaScript and has used C++ during university days. Have working knowledge in Python and knows how to write it but don’t have professional experience yet. Also has experience in SQL. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 when it comes to algorithms and data structure.
