Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working at XXX as a global IT field engineer and been working in the IT industry for more than 6 years now. He said that he worked from the help desk up to IT support engineer and desktop engineer and then after that I moved to NOC engineer where but he do the network monitoring and devices. After that, he also worked as a data centre engineer works and do hand-on support for cabling and also do the hardware troubleshooting with the servers and routers in the data centre environment. In his current company, he has been working there for more than 2 years now and bene doing good so far.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he can learn new technologies or software quickly. He also said that he is good when it comes to troubleshooting works for MS office applications and can support laptops and desktops. He also said that he can work on the routers and servers in the data centre racks or even in the office. He has a good knowledge in ServiceNow and ticketing systems and with experience in SAP as well.
