Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He works for 14 years now in Singapore and majority of his time he worked as an Engineer for about 9 years at XXX Connect and NTT. As a DWDM engineer he have worked in XXX related to submarine cable APG and ANC both implementation and operations engineer. Done project related to DWDM in XXX. In Nucleus he have worked in DWDM for 4 to 5 years as an operations engineer supporting Huawei equipment, troubleshooting Huawei and DWDM in the network those are his job scope. He just resigned and the probation ended last week and decided to part ways with the company.

For his soft skill, he said that he is good when it comes to negotiation which is related to his previous work and rate that 5 out of 5. For his technical skills, he is good in layer 1 troubleshooting and rate his skills 3.5 out of 5 and with 10 years of experience for it.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has a good experience in dealing with the customers and do some discussions with them, he can communicate with the vendors or suppliers and rate his skill 5 out of 5. He also have an experience in NOC and use this for monitoring purposes and rate his skills 5 out of 5. Currently have a level 1 to level 2 knowledge in troubleshooting and with hands-on experience in Ciena devices and took trainings for Huawei in 2015.
