She joined Lazada and was in Commercial Department and decided to leave the team because they were being moved to a different department and leads a team of 6 and she oversees thinking new ideas together with the team and comprises of PMO and head of BB Operations and 1 campaign manager. When she joined the team, the team was in quite a mess, and she helped in successfully tying their product development and solution online and did a delivery method to the customer giving them an option whether pick-up or delivery.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She has a strong experience and proven skills in doing HVAC energy optimization using AI Automation, she also provided mentorship within the organization and has provided strong engagement to the stakeholders and provided strategic planning using different types of business frameworks.
- They help in thinking of ideas in incorporating sustainability and how they can help the company be more sustainable and before that she was the Director of Operation for SAAS and helps the real estate to automate the energy consumption and lessen the carbon footprint and helps the clients in saving money.
- When she joined Arloid, they were setting up from scratch and has clients from all over the world and they align with the departments and works with technology and the CEO would also take part in monthly compensations. She has worked with Salesforce and has a strong understanding with Salesforce, and she worked with an implementation engineer who works with her team, and she has also managed the commercial operations in Russian and works in the Russian market and worked with the Energy Efficient Engineer and works on what other methodology they can work on and improve.
She also has clients in the banking sectors, and she had also come across some clients on the fintech space/industry and teaches them not just to collaborate and they also help them understand not just the technology but also to understand the purpose and functions of the product and how it can it help them to work more efficiently. She is also very passionate with Sustainability because of the current situation of the environment. |
