He is currently working as a fulltime Helpdesk engineer and currently taking courses as well related to Cyber Security. He has a basic knowledge in networking especially with the Cisco devices and planning to take CCNA this year. He said that he really wants to become a Network engineer or Cyber security specialist so he is taking courses related to those. He said that in his current job. He is just doing some basic troubleshooting link for IP addresses since they have their own network team.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has a knowledge in cybersecurity and have some basic knowledge in networking and can do the basic commands for the switches and routers. With regards to the LAN, WAN, and WLAN, he just know the concept of it since he does not have any solid experience troubleshooting or configuring those kinds of networks and just starting. He is actually planning to take the CCNA this year and other related cybersecurity certifications.
