1. He's 36 years old. He started his career as a systems engineer for a broadcast integrator. He moved around to be a senior systems engineer in 2014. And the role heavily involves implementation, troubleshooting, and support for broadcast equipment and automation systems.
2. He is expert in window server, network infrastructure for broadcast station, network design, software installation, cloud and etc.
3. He moved up to pre-sales. He joined an XXX company, and he was based in the XXX. It's a remote job, but he was handling pre-sales work for a solution provider. So he included client visits, a demo, planning, installation, deployment, and product training in that as well. They also do commissioning after the post implementation and they do reseller product training for the team, which they sell or implement the products from their company. And next, he moved up to a senior sales consultant and the station manager for a broadcast for the company there in the XXX. So he managed the broadcast station. They have 7 channels in there and he does the most work in managing the 6 channels from the head end up to the play and to the receiving monitor of the channels. So he has three supervisors, who report to him, and he trains them as well, basically on how to deal with the system, how to troubleshoot and Check the life cycle of our system.
4. He also worked in a XXX, where he became a senior manager for presale engineering. So what he does there is scope the technical requirements of the client. So they have a scoping call or a discovery call. That's what they call it. And then he checks the requirements from there and prepares the technical documentation and hands it over to the implementation team. They partner with different SaaS products and service providers for their clients
