Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been in the industry for about 2+ years now. He currently works in a start-up a couple of months ago and does more of system implementation and support. There on XXXX, he does more of installation of patches to the production system and also provides day-to-day support. Also does troubleshooting a lot. He also worked previously in XXXX for a year and a half wherein he worked as a System Analyst. He’s involved in project management and support there, lots of planning, and also provided life support to them. On these jobs that he had, he mostly uses and deals with Linux a lot.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Most confident in using Java since it’s his primary coding language and has been using it since school and his works as well. Been using it for almost 3 years already and rates himself 4 out of 5 because his understanding of the language is quite broad. Also proficient in Linux Administration since he’s dealing mostly with Linux environment in his works.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has an experience of 2-3 years in development and has good knowledge and experience in JavaScript and SQL. Doing a lot of self-learning at the moment regarding AWS for certification. Also has good knowledge in data structures and algorithm. Not familiar with banking and finance but is keen to learning it.
