Also, was an Infrastructure Engineer for XXXX where he provided L1 and L2 Desktop Support. Worked as an SOC Analyst in XXXX and Deskside Engineer that also provides L1 and L2 support for end-users, in XXXX. He was also a Java Developer in XXXX. And has worked in XXXX as a Desktop Support Engineer. Started off his career with XXXX as a Support Engineer as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill is troubleshooting and providing L1 and L2 support for users for he has in-depth experience and knowledge in it. Rates himself a 4 out of 5.
