He started working in the IT field from 1997 up to this date and started his career in the data center operations job as an operator. After his 4 to 5 years of operation DC job, he started to do a contractual job until today. He is also doing 2 roles as a DC operation support and end user support in the office supporting laptop users and bank applications if they are having problems. He is also task to do the security part o the banks devices especially for the laptops to avoid being hacked.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that his strongest skills in more on the data centre operations tasks but the other plus points that he has for his strongest skills are for the directory and he can also check the email ops which he does before and said that he can also open or willing to learn other things.

He have more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry and he have an experience in performing tasks related to LAN and WAN which he rates his skills 4 out of 5. He also have an experience in terms of cabling, patching, inventory management and capacity planning which he rates his skills 4 out of 5 as well.
