1. Currently working for XXX as a DES engineer. He's doing the night shift and basically covering two hospitals in the northern part of XXX, which are a hospital and a mission community hospital. As a night shift data engineer, he only handles 1% of all incidents, tickets, and either escalating or troubleshooting any medical equipment or devices because, uh, most medical equipment is either land-based or wireless.So what he's doing is troubleshooting the computers, joining the domain, and ensuring all the corporate applications are working well. Also, they will assign him to go on site and verify whether the connectivity is okay, the applications can run such a Citrix workspace, and they need to ensure the critical areas, like the reception, that the service will not interrupt.
He is an expert in troubleshooting, application support, deployment windows, and networking, including connectivity, VPN, etc.
He previously worked for XXX, both on the client side (support) and on the manufacturing line (the company that manufactures the metal plan in XXX). They have three sides, resulting in a dispersed location. His role as an engineer there is to cover users and also require a production line, as they have a variety of machines. They're still running on Windows XP, and some are on Windows 98. And for most users, they'll, running on Windows 10. His role there is to troubleshoot issues as well as provide some network connectivity.
