He said that he has close to 3 years of experience working in the IT industry and started working in the Hospital environments as a desktop engineer. He also worked as an IT Desktop Engineer in XXX Global in which he is involved in cloning data, backing up, and migration as well. He also does the deployment of the new laptop or PC. Then worked with XXX, a medical application for a hospital, which he also tested before going live. Currently working as an IT Desktop Engineer in XXX and his tasks consists of installation, deployments of equipment, setting up users account and constant troubleshooting when users have issues. He also connects the peripheral devices like the barcode scanners and the tampering devices etc.

He has a strong skill in terms of the hands-on technical stuff, when he’s on the ground with the user, finds solution to users’ issues. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in his problem-solving skill.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
Has more than 2 years of experience in IT Support. Mostly supports Windows 7&10 since the start of his career. Has knowledge in MS Office and 365 applications. Knowledgeable with different PC/Laptop peripherals since in the previous company there’s lots of different models of PC/Laptop that he handled. Have supported lots of printers and a bit of mobile devices. Good with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS have been using for quite sometime to look up for user details.
