1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career with XXXX as a Software Engineer where he worked for almost 2 years and was involved in building the company application using Xamarin, also has developed and maintained hosts of smaller systems/sub systems. After that, he joined XXXX as a Software Developer where it is more focused on Flutter development and has developed 2 systems for them using PHP and Python. He also has worked on ticketing and simple CI/CD in building flutter applications. He is now a Software Developer for XXXX where they are mostly using Django and works mostly on the backend side of things.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be C# and has been into ASP.NET development as well. He also is proficient with Flutter and has use this for around 2 years in his previous company. He’s also now helping in coordinating their team, he’s more of like a mid-level engineer currently.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 4 years of experience with software development. Knowledgeable with both C# and .Net development, good with ASP.NET as well. He also has some experience deploying applications on AWS although he hasn’t done any system administration for Windows yet but he understands the general concepts of deployment. He’s okay with using waterfall methodology for future projects.
