1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her last role was with XXXX as a Senior Software Application Developer where she participated in the release activities such as preparing release notes, and from the developer perspective, she is involved with all the sanitary testing and check before releasing the applications. She was also a part of the Agile team and has to do scrum meetings everyday where they give their updates and discuss about their challenges. Before this, she was a Java Developer for XXXX and Senior Software Engineer for XXXX. She went back to India last 2013 and went back to Singapore last 2017. She was also with XXXX and XXXX for Singapore during the early years of her career, she was mostly a Software Engineer for them. During her time in India, she handled and led a team of around four members, they also have to do knowledge transfer for new members and have to equip them with necessary things about the team.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Java since she has been working on this technology. On the early years of her career, she has worked on both front end and back end, but for the past four years, she has been into backend development mostly. She also has exposure to JSP, JSF, and basic React as well; great with Spring, Struts, Hibernate, and for the database she has experience with both MariaDB and Oracle.
