1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a Software Engineer for XXXX under a project with XXXX. The project he’s involved with is actually a means-testing system which is both on the web development and application development side; he works on both front end and back end side for this project. He also juggle on multiple roles and needs to do some business analysis as well, preparing functional specs, and then the development side. For frontend, he’s mostly using on existing libraries and UI frameworks; for the backend, he has worked on a module where it can consolidate the different records in their system, generate new reports for clients, and such.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be advanced C++, C#, Python, MySQL, NoSQL, and JavaScript as well. He also have some mobile development experience so he’s familiar with NoSQL. Aside from development, he is also interested with machine learning and is proficient with Python and other ML-related technologies.    
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has over a year of experience in software development and has great proficiency with C#, also has knowledge with .Net development. He also has experience with AWS since most of their applications are migrated and deployed in cloud, using AWS. He’s also fine with using the Waterfall methodology.
