1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has a total of 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer working with .Net and latest versions of Angular as well. He is currently with XXXX as a Software Developer where he is working on an internal banking applications which they are using Angular 14 and .Net. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Software Developer and started off as an Associate Consultant for XXXX where he mostly used ASP.NET; when he came to Singapore, he has used more advanced versions such as .Net Core and other frameworks as well.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on the backend side of development using C# and .Net since he has been using this for the whole course of his career. For the databases, he is well-versed with PostgreSQL and SQL Server. He is strong with taking full responsibility with his projects as well which his managers appreciate him for.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 5+ years of experience in software development. Strong with both C# and .Net, and backend development in general since he has been working with this for the past 5+ years. Has some knowledge and experience with AWS as well but would be willing to learn more. He is currently using Agile methodology in current company but would be okay working with Waterfall methodology again.
