1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has around 5+ years of experience in doing .Net development. She is currently a Senior .Net Developer for XXXX where she handles a small team and works on several projects including a calculator project for electrical and mechanical engineering use. Currently, she’s the only full time developer there so everything related to software is handled by her; she’s also quite involved with project management getting requirements from the customers. Before this, she was with XXXX as a .Net Developer where she worked on a website using .Net Core. Started off with XXXX as a Software Engineer where they worked on an internal application for their staff’s use using .Net framework.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her independency and willingness to do the job; she’s currently the only full time developer in their company so she’s responsible for most of the development things. In terms of the tech stack, she is strong with .Net framework/Core.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 6 years of experience in software development. Proficient with both .Net and C# since she has been working with these since the start of her career. She doesn’t have AWS or cloud platform experience yet but is very willing to learn the technology if required. Would be okay working with Waterfall methodology as well.
