Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
After graduating, he started his own business and focused on that for the first 8-10 years of his career. Due to the pandemic, they had to cut off their business and that’s when he picked up game development as a hobby. Last 2020, he released his first full-pledged PC game on Steam which was well-received by critics. He then worked for XXXX and rose to the position of Interactive Media and Game Director within the span of less than two years. He is currently working under their sister company, XXXX, which he fully integrates their 3D production pipeline and became the interactive arm of the entire company.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his management skills, not just the team but the entire company; that helped him a lot in his current positions as a game director. He’s great with personal management and also project/product management. In terms of the technical side, he is well-versed with PlayCanvas and Unity, also has experience with Unreal Engine, Spark, AR, HTML, CSS, and Python.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been in the game development industry for about 6 years now. Strong with product management and is currently a game director so no problem with managing people and projects. He is heavily involved with game concept, design, development, and publishing as well. Most of the game genres he has worked with are casino and real-time strategy games.
