1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has over a year of experience in software engineering and also a technology enthusiast. His last role was with XXXX as a Software Developer where he was involved in 2 projects; one was using ASP.NET, MVC, and C# web application which is an injury model energy monitoring system, their clients uses IoT devices to monitor their air quality, power usage, and so on. Another project that he was involved with was a Java Spring Boot one, it was a pest monitoring system project where people can submit sightings of pests in Singapore; he was much more involved in this project since this was a JavaScript project and used SQL Server database as well. He was also involved in other activities such as helping develop new features, involved in incident management, and so on.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be software development and programming in general since this is his primary interest. His main tech stack would be Java and .Net languages, has been using them since his university and when he started his career in software engineering.   
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has about a year of experience in software engineering, has been using C# and .Net programming languages since his university days. He also has used and experienced deploying systems/applications in AWS during his time with XXXX. Familiar with waterfall methodology as well and was using Agile on his last role.
