1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was with XXXX where he is a Senior Software Engineer and mostly worked on backend development. He mostly used Java there which he is working for the past 5 years. His initial 4 years of experience is with C++ programming where he worked for XXXX, starting as a Software Engineer and later on was an Associate Tech Lead for them. After that, he moved to Singapore and worked for XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer where he mostly work with their business analysts and customers for gathering requirements; he’s also involved with the implementation and also does supporting tasks for them. He mainly used Spring Application, Java, and SQL for this company along with AWS.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great understanding of software engineering practices. He is also primarily using Java programming language, along with some Python, C++, and SQL. In terms of the domain, he has mostly worked for the financial domain so he prefers to work on the same field.
