1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He was previously working as a Senior Tech Lead for XXXX for two locations: Vietnam and Singapore. In Singapore site, he led the team with individual contributor work in software development mostly using Springboot, Microservices, Java, SQL, and other technologies; in Vietnam, he had a big team in charge of the ODC and had an individual contribution, he also had to take care of the team and be in charge of the delivery and stuff. Before this, he was with XXXX which is mainly into the same technology with a little bit of Kibana, Redis, Elastic Search, and Java Spring boot microservices as well. He was also a Senior Software Developer for XXXX which was in the healthcare domain; he worked there for DHS department and the Human Services, they have worked on new technologies such as Java Spring and other old technologies. Before this role, he was with XXXX as a Software Engineer, mainly using SQL and Java programming for healthcare software solutions development where they mostly deploy for US hospitals, pharmacies, and other hospital applications.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Java, SQL, and Spring Boot microservices; also proficient with cloud services and platform such as AWS, Azure. In terms of the domain, he’s more into banking and healthcare, third priority would be telecom.
