1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has about 6+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in both manual and automation testing. He is proficient with selenium automation, functional testing, and good with doing test cases from scratch using their user story. Currently, he is with XXXX as a Manual and Automation Tester where he is following the Agile process and have to go through sprint planning and assigned high priority tickets, work with user stories, prepare the test cases together with the developers, and work on the development in parallel. They can then deploy the system to the SAT environment and pick up test cases, execute functional test cases, and if everything goes well, they will give the green signal for the deployment activities. Before this, he was with several companies mostly doing both manual and automation tester, namely: XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.  
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be software test engineering since he has been doing this for more than 6 years now. Also good with manual functional testing and automation testing; experienced with test scripts and cases as well. Has great connection and communication skills with different internal teams.
