1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 9+ years of experience in the IT industry and has been using .Net as a Full Stack Developer since then; he also has experience with React and Angular. His last role was with XXXX as a Software Engineer where he was outsourced into Synapxe and did two healthcare domain projects for them: first one they did from the scratch and the second one the project has already started, it’s a video consultation platform where they used ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and was deployed in Azure; they are microservice-based projects and for frontend, they’ve used React. Before this, he was a Senior Software Engineer for two companies including XXXX and XXXX. Started off with XXXX and XXXX as a Software Engineer.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be backend development using .Net, he’s also proficient with Angular, React, and has used these technologies for his most recent projects. He is also okay working in both frontend and backend side of the development.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 9+ years of overall experience in software development and has been using .Net since the start of his career. He also has great knowledge and experience with AWS, although his last two projects were deployed with Azure. Last company uses Agile methodology but in Sri Lanka, they are mostly using Waterfall so he’s okay working and following this.
