1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a Full Stack Developer in XXXX, focusing on creating the APIs and for mobile applications. For the past 2 years, he has been developing and launching active apps for the company’s internal use; one is like an ITSM ticketing system where the users will be able to report any incident or raise a service/asset request. In addition to his mobile development work, he also has experience with ASP.NET where he has developed new features for the web application of their company, it’s a more comprehensive site than the mobile one. His current tech stack includes React Native, ASP.NET, C#, .Net frameworks, and some database work for backend as well; he’s also the one managing their APIs.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be .Net since he has been doing development in this technology for quite some time now; rates himself a 6-7 out of 10. During his mobile development time, he also managed to do backend work such as database and contributing the logic in transferring data, and handling APIs as well. For the past few years, he also has been involved with front end development.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 2+ years of experience with software development and is quite proficient with both C# and .Net Development, he has been using both since he started his career. He also has experience deploying applications to AWS because most of his developed apps are deployed there. He also sometimes helped in maintaining the code and do CI/CD. Fine with using waterfall methodology for future projects.
