1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has around 12+ years of experience in the software development industry. During the course of his career, he has worked on several reputable companies including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and recently XXXX as a Senior Application Developer where he is working in both backend and frontend development. He’s also responsible for maintenance and the application support; his tech stack here is ASP.NET, .Net Core, C#, and TypeScript/JavaScript. His day-to-day responsibilities are code enhancement and requirement gathering from their clients, help developed those new functionalities as well. He is also involved in fixing bugs or issues, they also provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be C#, .Net, .Net Core, JavaScript, ReactJS, and MSSQL since these are the technologies that he has been using since he started his career. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in terms of C# and .Net.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has over 12 years of experience in the software development industry, strong with C# and .Net since he has been using these for many years now. Proficient with AWS including deployment and migration since all of their applications in last company was based in AWS, he was using this for previous roles as well together with Azure. They were using Agile in his previous role but he is confident working with Waterfall Methodology as well.
