1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
   He has close to 17 years of experience in the IT industry taking up different roles from developer, team lead, and architect. He has been leading various projects from scratch to delivery and has worked on highly scalable, robust systems with millions of users. For the tech stack, he has mainly used C# and .Net, and other technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript, Golang, and Java as well. He is working on both frontend and backend of application mostly on financial domain and high tech companies. His last role was with XXXX as a Senior Engineer where they were working on something that involves generative AI; developing chatbot, research work, and designing and updating aspect as well. Before this, he was a Lead Engineer for XXXX, Senior Full Stack Engineer for XXXX and XXXX, also worked with XXXX as a Senior Full Stack Consultant and XXXX as a Senior .Net Developer. He started off as .Net Developer for several companies including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?  
   Strongest skill would be designing an architecture, also well with designing complex applications; he has delivered a highly scalable application with over two millions of users so he considers that his core strength. Team leading and stakeholder management is something that he is proficient with as well. In terms of the tech stack, he’s excellent with C#, .Net, JavaScript, ReactJS, Golang, and Java.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, has close to 17 years of experience in software development and senior roles. Strong with C# and .Net modern cross platforms, has used of Amazon Web Services as well before. He’s familiar with waterfall methodology too.
