1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 13+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET and MVC, he was purely a Full Stack Developer and do the development in both frontend, backend, and he’s also managing the document projects in his last role with XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer. He is working mostly with Singapore government agencies and also doing middleware support and development sometimes; also good with technologies like IBM, Cognos report, and other related products such as C# which they use for around 60+ console applications. Technology wise, he has used C#, RabbitMQ, IBM, Linux, and Oracle as well as other SFTP related, Windows related services and programs. Before this, he was working with XXXX as a Full Stack Developer where he also developed ASP.NET Web APIs based on user requirements and specifications, they have done work here from frontend to backend and technology wise they used ASP.NET, MVC, Bootstrap, IBM data stage, and jQuery as well. He was also a Senior Software Engineer for XXXX, Full Stack Developer for XXXX, Senior Software Developer for XXXX, and Software Developer as well for XXXX where most of them he worked with Microsoft Technologies.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be mostly ASP.NET, MVC, and C# since he has been using these technologies for the past 13 years of his career. Can also do frontend and backend individually without any support; for backend, he’s purely using C# and SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL for databases.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has close to 14 years of experience with software development and has been proficient with C#, .Net and other Microsoft technologies since then; rates himself a 5/5 in C#, 4/5 with .Net framework and .Net core, and a 4.8/5 in .Net 4.5 and 4.6. Knowledgeable and has hands-on experience with AWS deployment and migration as well. Currently using Agile practice but is great with Waterfall methodology as well.
