1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
   She’s a software developer for the past 8 years and has started her career as a .net developer back in 2015. Moved on to using Java after that for 4-5 years now. She was recently with XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer as a Java Developer and worked more on AWS; in this role, she was doing knowledge-sharing with the team, mentoring the team, peer review code, and she was working as more of like a Lead Software Developer based on her responsibilities. Her previous role was with XXXX as contractual and current client is XXXX, also done several projects there such as XXXX (XXXX) and XXXX which is developed for work passes in Singapore. Also worked on lots of projects in XXXX, such as Mortgage Finance Online and XXXX – a Nostro Account Management System. Has experience in developing HRM application for employee data in XXXX.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Java Springboot since she has been using this for 4 years now. Rates herself 8 out of 10 in that area since her experience, knowledge, and skills in it has groomed up. Also loves working on database side and Rest APIs.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science. Has worked with C# and .Net for the first 4-5 years of her career and won’t have any problem going back to work with it. Proficient with AWS especially during her last role and is very familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodology.
