1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?|
   She is currently 4+ years in the industry right now and her last role was with XXXX under XXXX as a backend developer. Mostly, she’s upgrading applications and developing everything from scratch. Often uses C#, .NET, Kafka, and MS SQL for database; also using Docker for containerization. She also has a team of 10 members here. Previously, he worked in XXXX as a Software Engineer wherein they develop and modify applications based on customers’ requirements. She often does live troubleshooting here in which she said was a bit of a challenge for her. Also did internship with XXXX      wherein she developed 2 projects for them.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Most confident in working using C# and .Net technologies for about 4 years now. Have been working with these since she started her career in Software Engineering and rates herself 4 out of 5 in working with these languages. Developed an application called CoronaVirus Tracker using C#. She’s also okay with any programming language, if given a chance, and just needs a little refresher.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 4 years of experience in the software development industry. Strong with C# and has 3.7 years of experience with it along with .Net frameworks. For the cloud service, she’s mostly proficient with Azure and has used them for previous projects. Also knowledgeable with the Waterfall methodology.
