1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has been in the industry for almost 8 years now, she started doing full stack development particularly in the web and have some mobile development experiences as well. So far, she’s been working with .Net, C#, and ASP.NET as well. She is currently a Senior Analyst Programmer for XXXX where she is mainly working on their application’s back office; her current project here is upgrading an old vendor system since they want to have their own version linked to their in-house back office application. She is the lead developer here and is involved from discussing the requirements with the business analysts and users, understanding the project, and actual coding from frontend and backend; she also was involved with integrations and heavy reporting scripting and generation. She has knowledge with SSIS and SSRS, using T-SQL scripts, and for frontend, they mostly use Angular 14, upgraded to 17; she also is involved with deploying applications in the cloud using AWS. Currently they are four people and the team and she’s directly reporting to her manager. Before this, she was a Software Development Engineer for XXXX IT Team; they have their own in-house CRM there so she has knowledge deploying applications using IIS and both local/cloud deployment. She has extensive knowledge from start to end from project generation, initiation, up to deployment and even talking with the business users and gathering their requirements until full completion. Tech stack she used here was ASP.NET 4 and MVC; also used jQuery and NodeJS.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be .Net development most especially for APIs for backend, Angular for frontend then SQL server, T-SQL for scripting. She has been using .Net and C# since she started her career in Singapore, on her first job, she mainly use C++ and XML. She’s also good with both SSRS and SSIS; since they are primarily a financial institution so they have been doing lots of reporting and pretty intensive scripting for developing their reports.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 8 years of overall experience in software development. Strong with both .Net and C# development since she has been working on these for her current and previous role. She also is proficient with deploying applications/system on AWS and has experience setting it up for their project. They are also currently using Waterfall methodology for their project so she’s confident working with it as well for this project.
