1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
   She started her career with .Net development for the past 10+ years. She has been working with this technology and latest available technologies in .Net framework like Azure DevOps cloud and a bit of microservices as well. Currently, she’s a Senior Developer & Scrum Master for XXXX where she is involved with development and supporting the junior team members, she’s also part of the scrum team and as the Scrum Master, half of her responsibility is to manage the team in order to smoothly do scrum values in the team. She’s currently working on two applications simultaneously which is a windows-based application and also a web application based on React. She’s also doing here implementation and testing, guiding the team for their technical queries and also involved in discussions related to decision-making with different stakeholders.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be understanding the integration part with the system, she has good grasp of how multiple systems are interrelated with each other. In terms of the technologies, she’s good with C# and .Net and has been using this since she started her career for over 10 years now; she’s also good with React.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has over 11 years of experience in software development and has been using C# and .Net heavily for the course of her career; she’s confident in using both. For the cloud services, she’s mostly familiar with Azure, Kubernetes, and their own cloud. Also familiar already with Waterfall methodology.
