1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
   She is currently a Software Design Engineer for XXXX where she manages the baggage handling systems for the airport’s logistic systems. Her main part is to use programming languages such as C#, SQL, and .Net as well but since she’s just joined them for a month, she hasn’t been involved in a project yet. Before this, she was a Software Developer Intern for XXXX where she was involved in a small project where she developed a web application called Engineering Dashboard, she integrated data from everywhere and become an all-in-one web page that every company employee can access; she also did lots of enhancement on this web application and was involved in making APIs as well. She started off as a Process Engineer for two different companies: XXXX and XXXX.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill is that she’s very detail-oriented and tends to understand the full context of every project she has worked with; she likes to break things into smaller part andmake detailed plans for them. She always makes sure that they deliver items and projects on time or ahead of time. In terms of the technologies, she’s great with SQL queries, HTML for development, and has been using C# and .Net for the past year; rates herself a 3.8 out of 5 and 4 out of 5 for SQL.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost a year of experience in software development since she just switched her career from being a process engineer to more tech roles like development. She has hands-on experience with both C# and .Net for her previous internship and her current role as well. As for AWS, she is doing it on her personal time and is currently planning to get certifications for cloud technology as well. Also familiar with the Waterfall methodology; she was a process engineer before handling electronic components and semiconductors so she’s knowledgeable about the industry.
