1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs
   She’s currently working as a Software Developer for XXXX and has been actively involved in all phases of projects from requirement gathering, development of new features, and shipping them out to deployment, and providing ongoing support as well. One of her key strengths is identifying root causes for all bugs and issues in the production which has improved their application performance and speed. She also helped in enhancing their user experience in terms of their application and maintain the stability of their systems; involved in AWS deployment for their projects as well. Before this, she was a Web Application Developer for XXXX where she worked on web applications. She had a career break as well due to childbirth, and was able to finish her Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis before that.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be JavaScript especially NodeJS and ReactJS since she has been using this for the past few years in her current role. She also have experience with MySQL, MSSQL, and MongoDB. Good with other frameworks as well such as ExpressJS and NextJS, also familiar with Docker.
