Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working at XXX technologies for around 2 years now and his role is a system support engineer. He is in charge of the L2 system support so when there is some issue about the commercial system, they will pass it to his side and he and his team will handle the tickets and solve the tickets. They will also find the root cause, fix the bug, and do some optimization process. In his previous job, he worked at XXX for 7 years and he is mostly working in Thailand for the DWDM project and in charge for the project delivery. Aside from that, he also did the troubleshooting, network maintenance, and customer relationship as well. About his first job, he was a network engineer back in Wuhan, China and mostly work in the Cisco devices and firewalls. He did the configuration, network of upgrades, and in charge of assisting the customer if they will buy their products.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that for his strongest skill, he is strong when it comes to DWDM and currently with more than 7 years of experience. Currently a L2 support, good in ecommerce system, can troubleshooting different devices like routers and switches and with Cisco certifications like CCNA and CCNP.
