Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been working as an IT engineer in Singapore for more than a year now and with more than 15 years of working experience in different fields but 3 to 4 years in the IT industry. She said that in her current role, that is her first hands-on and onsite job and before, he was working as a Russian translator for almost 4 years. She said that she is happy in her current job but thinks that she needs to venture more and wants to discover more which is somewhat related to the networking as well since she studied it. She said that she had an experience working or installing iMac as well as for the Adobe installation which she think that is the hardest one. She also mentioned that she has customer service background which is more on the banking, IT, and telco.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
She said that she is familiar in different programming languages like for the java and python but since she didn’t use it in her work, she needs to learn it again. She has a Linux and Windows server experience for more than 2 years and with experience in active directory. She is also good in the hardware and software troubleshooting and with customer service experience.
