1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently an IT Executive at XXXX wherein he mostly does network and system supports for APAC regions such as Thailand and Hongkong. Also have experience in network upgrading, SharePoint configuration, server migrations and providing end user support trainings. He is also an IT support for a Myanmar company wherein he works remotely to provide daily end user support for IT issues.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest with cloud technologies and DevOps technologies as well as with System/Network Administration.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 2+ years of experience in IT support. Knowledgeable with Windows 7 & 10, also good with supporting MS Office and 365 applications. Very familiar with different PC/Laptop peripherals. Have supported printers and mobile devices before. Good with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS.
