Have 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Was first assigned as a Desktop Support Engineer as XXXX wherein he provided technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues. Then joined XXXX as an IT Officer wherein he led the upgrading of the server to support the deployment of MS Dynamics Navision and supported 200 users. Was able to manage the company’s process. Due to pandemic, went back to PH then rest for 2 years. Then joined XXXX as an IT Helpdesk Support wherein he mostly assisted end-users in resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

As an IT Support, he’s very strong in troubleshooting both hardware and software, says he’s also good with problem-solving.

Has more than 2 years of experience as an IT Desktop Support Engineer. Proficient with Windows 7 & 10, MS Office & 365 applications, very familiar with different PC/Laptop peripherals and has also supported Printers and Mobile Devices. Have experience using AD, Exchange, and Apple OS.
