With more than 3 years of experience working in the IT industry mainly on the data center environment. He is currently working as customer operations engineer and started his career in the same company as well and responsible in installation, configuration, and maintenance of the data center equipment.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he is a more technical guy and he always wants to improve his skills in the technology field so he keeps enhancing hi skills by studying if he has fee times. He also mentioned that he has a solid 3 years of experience in the cabling and patching which is for their fiber cabling connection. The provide physical fiber cabling installation to their clients and do patch panel to secure the physical connection. He has some knowledge in Linux and has a basic to average level on it but said that they are mostly using Microsoft based interface.
