He has more than 14 years of experience working in the IT industry which is mainly on the Level 1 and Level 2 IT support. He also mentioned that in his day-to-day activities, he is supporting the end users for the troubleshooting and does it on laptops, desktop, and printers. He also do some assent management and help in terms of network configurations as well.
