   He has more than 10 years of experience within IT Industry. He is a Malaysian currently working as an IT Engineer for a Singapore-based private limited company called Omni-Health. Previously, he spent his first 2 years in Malaysia supporting IT as a Desktop Support Specialist, similar to an IT Executive role. For the 6 to 7 years, he transitioned to a Project Engineer role. Support the company's IT systems. In his current role as IT engineer, he provides comprehensive support not only for the Singapore office but also for several regional branches. He manages vendor-managed funds for laptop purchases, maintains the company's IT asset inventory list, and processes purchase requests related to IT equipment. Due to the company's size, he juggles multiple tasks, including supporting project-related IT needs in areas like robotics video analytics and pharmacy systems. He acts as the primary point of contact for network issues, IT setups, PC configurations, and store support.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in

His strongest skill is troubleshooting. He excels at identifying the root cause of problems before moving on to solutions. This skill is valuable in IT support, IT engineering, and even administrative tasks. Effective troubleshooting requires a methodical approach, starting with problem identification.  He rate himself 5 out 5 in troubleshooting.

His experience working as an IT Engineer which involves managing Microsoft 365 administration, including access control and mobile device management through Microsoft Intune.
