   He currently works as an IT Engineer at XXXX. He played a key role in supporting the Singapore office, which included onboarding and offboarding new hires. He handled tasks like scheduling, preparing device images, and shipping them out globally. Additionally, he managed IT inventory and procurement for the company. He also provided on-site support to users at their homes, temporary offices, and even helped troubleshoot software issues. Previously, His experience involved working in the healthcare industry at a major hospital in Singapore. There, he tackled a significant challenge alongside one other team member. They were responsible for handling all IT ticketing, encompassing both laptops and mobile devices, for the entire hospital building.
