1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was with XXXX as a Cloud Application Support Analyst mostly focusing with Oracle, his main responsibility there was to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fusion applications within their organization. He also was overseeing the day-to-day support activities, such as incident management, problem resolution, and performance monitoring, to guarantee the reliability and availability of their business systems. He also works closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and enhancements. He also provided guidance and training to junior support staff, as well as creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles. Before this, he was an Application Support Associate under XXXX where he ensured the smooth functioning and enhancement of SCM and ERP systems. With his great proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications, he handled day-to-day support tasks, including incident resolution, user support, and system configuration changes specific to SCM and ERP modules. He also was troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance and stability.
