1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?

   She has around 12 years of experience in Oracle applications and Fusion. She has about 11 years of experience working in India, where she served as a Technical Manager. In these roles, she handled modules such as SCM, Fusion, Finance, and Logistics, primarily focusing on the POC cycle. For the past year, she has been working in Singapore with XXXX as a Business Analyst in the Business Transformation team. Her role involves gathering requirements from the business and assessing their feasibility for implementation in the ERP to Fusion migration project. She collects and analyzes information and requirements from the business to determine their feasibility for future implementation. A separate technical team handles the actual development. Currently, the project is in phase two, where they are finalizing requirements and conducting system testing. 

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in

Her strongest skills would be in her ability to work as a techno-functional expert, adept at handling both technical and functional aspects of projects. She has demonstrated leadership experience by leading a team in India and currently leading a team of almost 10 members from Oracle TV, their vendor for developing and supporting the implementation of the future project.

She has extensive experience in both Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles within Oracle applications. Her expertise includes using Oracle modules such as Order Management (OM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), where she handles service codes and warranty cases. In Supply Chain Management (SCM), she manages the entire order-to-shipping process, including sales orders, item picking, logistics, and inventory control. Additionally, she has comprehensive knowledge of the procure-to-pay cycle, covering requisitions and completing the cycle.
