1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the industry for about 18+ years now where he is mainly focusing on program development for testing semiconductors in the range of microprocessors, mobile devices, and bigger frequency and mixing all devices. He started working with XXXX as a Product Development Engineering where he handled program development for RF and mixed signal devices. After that, joined XXXX first as a Senior Product Development Engineer and later on as an ATE Test Lead where he handled program content development and test program deliverables for the ATE group. He is now with XXXX as a Senior Staff Engineer where he is more focused on memory testing, developing test programs for testing and qualifying memory before it goes out of production, and do factoring improvement yield as well as test time reduction. He’s also handling leadership activities and currently handles nine engineers under his team; also manages staffing and planning for new projects to be released.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be debugging and troubleshooting issues; he’s good with understanding the root-cause of issues and through the years he’s built up good skill of implementing test coverages as well to capture all kinds of issues. He can also do programming, scripting to reduce the complexity of creating test programs. Has some experience with flow generation scripts to lessen the manual work as well.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical. He also has over 18 years of experience in doing analog circuit design especially in <1 GHz. Strong with VLSI and circuit design as well, has been involved with product development from designing, conceptualization, up to prototyping and mass production for mostly digital chips; he also has development experience with analog chips. Knowledgeable of ADCs, DACs, high-speed amplifier, and digital design using RTL and Verilog as well.
