With more than 30 years of experience working in the IT industry and previously working as head of service quality management. He said that in his previous job, he working with the other 5 divisions in the company and help in the service quality from the network perspective which their team is composed of basically network engineers and managers. He also mentioned that in his team, they monitor the back-end servers and everything they use for being an ISP, the transport, the plans the access system and all of the server system. They also monitor the security, the facilities, and handle all of the expansions..

He can able to adapt easily in the situation or to the changes in the requirements ort in the company. He also has different certifications from CCNA, CCNP, CCIE Routing & Switching, and PMP. He had an experience handling 130 people in his previous job which is also consist of managers and engineers.
