With more than 22 years of experience working in the IT industry. He said that his experiences in the field of communications and system engineering. He also worked and used different technologies in his previous jobs and gained knowledge in optical fiber structure carrying design and installation. In his previous job, he oversees the UPS account for their voice network maintenance and this included vendor management, asset coordination, and provide the level 2 Technical Support. He also manage data center, power, shutdown, maintenance, and making sure the transitions.

He said that his expertise compasses project implementation and day to day operation for both IP and voice system and manage from physical server setup to virtual machine environment. He is also well versed in networking technology and services commonly used in the corporate network. He also has several certifications from Cisco, Alcatel, Nortel, and Sonus etc.
