1.  Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She recently left XXXX in November 1^st week after 10 years with the company, exp in Data, data Warehouse, last was SAAS everything, ETL, reporting, dashboard and was part of the enterprise centralized at a warehouse, billing and international mail, was in charge of that particular stuff. Data reporting, she was the technical lead, dealing mostly with VP, AVPs and data, for 6 to 7 years, working with vendors, internal and external user, managing users

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   She is strongest in Data mostly, looking into the data from different sources of system, helping with the margin and need to make sure. Working on the data individually and developing how they are looking for. Working on ETLs, handling 3 to 4 jobs, was me handling from 3 to 3 jobs, repots were turning on time and some of the very customer-oriented report and mainly about data, understanding the data and the reports are delivering the data for 5 to 6 years, not managing all the team, sometimes in hous
   She has done a couple of projects at XXXX, activity manage costing and see how much profit they are earning and did not have exp and hired for the particular projects, learned the tool on how to use it and successfully deliver, successfully on those things like a process movement, the team is managing the team, there were a lot of BA and their team left so overview she knew what they were doing but she did not have any idea and the customer started complaining about the billing discrepancy and check what is happening, sit with operations and see the packages and how tyhey are using and everything from starting to end, look after that and look into everything, successfully find out. They improved I, the process was not in place and the people left and solved the problem, complains solved and also affecting the revenue
